Who We Are
1776 Senior Care is a family owned, RN supervised home care agency serving seniors and Veterans across DuPage, Kane, and Cook Counties. We’ve been in the community since 2014, not a franchise, not a call center, and we’re growing.
Behind every caregiver we place is a team of professionals who make the operation run: care managers who build relationships with clients and families, schedulers who match the right caregiver to the right shift, HR professionals who find and develop great people, and business development staff who grow our referral network across the community.

- Care Management: RN supervised client intake, care plan development, ongoing family communication
- Scheduling & Operations: Caregiver client matching, shift management, on call coordination
- HR & Recruiting: Caregiver pipeline, onboarding, compliance, retention programs
- Business Development: Referral partner relationships, hospital and senior living outreach, community presence
- Administrative & Office: Client and caregiver support, billing coordination, office operations
- Leadership & Director Level: Department ownership, EOS driven accountability, agency growth
