If you are a caregiver who has used Wellsky with 1776 Senior Care before, please contact the office, and we will reset your password.
To access your paystub you must log-in to Paychex Flex. You can do this online or through the app. The 1776 office cannot assist with accessing your account once it has been created, if you have any issues accessing your Paychex account you must contact them online or call them at 888-246-7500.
Once you have logged in you can view and download pay stubs.
If you feel your paycheck is incorrect, please call the office at (630) 469-4515.
Before you call:

if the issue was with a Sunday overnight shift, remember that at midnight our next pay week starts. Anything after midnight will paid on next week’s paycheck.

make sure to check your pay stub online to see how many hours you were paid for.

Check to see if you requested a daily pay transaction through PayActiv
To change your 401k contribution, you must contact Paychex at 877-244-1771. The 1776 office cannot change any of this information for you.
