Michele VandenBossche
Director of Client Care
Michele is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 25 years of leadership experience, joining the 1776 Senior Care team with a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors. Most recently serving as a Physician Liaison at Florida Eye Specialists, Michele excelled in building provider relationships, promoting services, and driving community outreach. Her extensive career includes roles such as Health Services Manager at Barnabas Center, where she implemented innovative programs like telehealth and vision screenings, and Practice Manager at Health First Medical Group and The South Bend Clinic, managing diverse teams and operations with a focus on patient care excellence. A Certified Medical Assistant with training in Diabetes Community Care and Mental Health First Aid, Michele combines strategic expertise with compassionate dedication to support seniors and their families.

Nurse Case Manager

Angelina is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive expertise in managing senior care operations. With an MBA in Healthcare Management and over a decade of experience, she excels in developing operational strategies that prioritize compliance, efficiency, and exceptional patient care outcomes. Angelina’s leadership roles at Open Arms Solutions and Marian Village have honed her skills in team leadership, quality assurance, and community engagement. She has successfully managed large caregiving teams, established key partnerships, and implemented initiatives that drive growth and improve care standards.
