Caregiver Pay

Caregivers always want to know how much they will get paid to work for 1776 right away. But we don’t have one single pay amount. Our caregiver pay is based on you. We offer several different pay levels based on the skill of the caregiver and that is how much you always get paid. Your pay is not based on how hard or easy the client is to take care of—you will get paid your pay rate no matter what.

Our current base rates go from $16.00 to $18.00 an hour with overtime pay from $24 to $27 an hour. The more skilled you are, the more we will pay you. If you work with a couple at the same time, you will also make more. To help caregivers increase their earnings, we offer in-person trainings to build skills.
